Our Story
JOJO’s Chicken Shack serves the best chicken, tenders, burgers, and fries in town, using only fresh ingredients and keeping prices affordable. We are the first to offer Farm-To-late quality with our free range “Halal Certified Chicken raised without antibiotics” produced at the Prairie Meats. Since 2022, we have been successfully running our business at two locations in Surrey, British Columbia. This year, we opened our third restaurant in Aspen Ridge, Saskatoon. The parent branch provides all the food preparation and customer service manuals to follow and implement inside the kitchen and on the shop floor.

Our Food Supply
All the raw chicken will be supplied from local producers to our restaurant in Saskatoon through Sysco Foods. It is raised without antibiotics proprietary feed rations are 100% vegetarian and never contain any antibiotics. As there is a growing demand for Halal Chicken, we will position ourselves to cater to our clients with the best product in the QSR market. Furthermore, our chicken is 8-cut which makes us different from other QSRs, and the birds are fed with quality feed and water, shelter, and are free from disease, illness, or injury. Once the birds are received, they go through a 24-hour marination process, and we use the best and cleanest oil to fry our chicken. We have also invested in expensive ULTRAFRYER series equipment and that helps us to keep our oil clean and fresh.
